Hi,
I have wrote in multiple time and you has failed to give me an answer.

I have purchased two pair of superga shoes. And one pair came in a mismatch size.
I asked the seller for a refund or exchange but i failed to get a reply regarding my request.
No one have helped me on my case for weeks.

Please get back to me, i hope to at least get my refund back, its pointless to hold on a pair of shoes that are of different sizes.

I hope you could be more responsible.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please mail it back to us via QXPRESS pick up service. We will process your request after we receive the item. Please indicate your order number in the parcel and notify us the parcel tracking number via Qpost after Qxpress pick up.
To use Qxpress pick up service, on the buyer’s interface:
1.Click on ‘View all orders’.
2.Click on [Cancel/Refund] tab and Select the order to return.
3.Click on ‘Return’ to submit return request.
4.Select the reason for return (in this case we will use ‘misdelivered’ as the reason for return), upload a picture of received item & leave any comments if needed.
5.Select [No]when prompted if you have already sent out the parcel.
6.Double check the pickup address.
7.Click [Continue]button.
8.Click on ‘Submit’ for Return to successfully file a return claim.

Dear Seller,

Thank you for your revert, but its a bit too late as I have tried to clean the stain with some lotion and I manage to
removed it. It seems like its a kind of oil base paste which i think is the red paint that you all us on the cover
the trimming ends.
