FAQ I ordered the wrong item, how can I change my order? Seller

If you have made a wrong order, please cancel your order at MyQoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt. Please select cart no. and item that you want to request Cancel and input all information required to proceed. After cancelling your order, you will receive an email notification that your order has been cancelled and a refund will be automatically initiated by Qoo10. You may then proceed to reorder.

FAQ Orders and Payment Seller

To track your order status, log in to your Qoo10 account and click cart number to view order status and details. Currently we only ship to Singapore addresses. All orders are shipped via Singpost or Qxpress. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Shipping Rates: $2 normal mail, $3.99 registered mail, $4.99 Qxpress (Free shipping above $50). Please check order/shipping status for the delivery tracking number.

FAQ Return and Exchange Policy Seller

No refunds will be made after purchase is confirmed. Exchange of items will only be applicable if item is defective or if buyer received the wrong item. For any shortage of item or wrong item received, shipping fee will be incurred from seller end. If item received is defective, a replacement of the same item will be shipped out. Unless the item is out of stock, a refund will be made. To send an item for exchange, please go to MyQoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select Cart No. > Select "Return" or "Exchange" under Apply & Remark. Returns and exchanges are based on a case-by-case scenario. We only accept exchanges for items that are brand new with its tags intact/sealed.

FAQ What are the risks with the use of SingPost normal mail shipping? Seller

"1. No tracking available. There is very little that we can do once item is dispatched via SingPost normal mail since we have completely no visibility. 2. Rate of lost mail is 2% - 4%, which is very high. Don't be one of the unlucky 2%. You can avoid this via shipping with tracking. i.e. Qxpress. 3. Only around 50% of non-delivery shall receive notice slip from SingPost. A lot will need to check at nearest SingPost branch without the slip to recover their item. 4. We can only refund/resend when item is returned to us due to non-delivery. This may also take more than 3 weeks because SingPost do not prioritize the delivery of returned mails."
