Chino Pants Black XL, Chino Pants Brown XL and Medium Pants L. Brown, 1 pce each.

By the way Qoo10 is still investigate this matter with Q-Express which haven't get any conclussion.
We still do not know whether the goods is still in Q-Express warehouse or shipped to the wrong address.

But you can request for refund and let me talk with Qoo10.

it's already the 15th of march. On the 28th of February, you guys gave me the reply below

The item that you guys delivered to me by the courier was picked up more than a month ago, but my own item has not been delivered
It is almost 3 months since I've made the order but I've not received anything.
Can I please get a reply and my item as soon?
Payment has already been made but no item has been received for almost 3 months already
