  Hi seller, I've received the dress for order 176096215 (thanks for upgrading to courier even though I've opted for normal mail) but I've received a different dress from B1A14 as agreed to replace the oos B1A12. The dress I've received has a different neckline, fabric pattern, pleat pattern, measurement, cutting (had a side zip instead of backzip) and it doesn't have an elastic waistline. I've sent a message earlier via our earlier qpost train but realized the picture resolution is very low, please see the attached picture. Look forward to your reply soon, thanks.
