  Dear Goodmart,

I refer to the message dated in end Fed. (see attached graphic)

The dock fail to charge my iPhone when I plugged it in. At first, I thought my iPhone case was in the way. However, after removing the iPhone case and plugging it into the dock, It still no response.

I unplug the charging cable from the dock and plug the cable into my iPhone and it starts charging. Thus, i am sure the dock is faulty.

  After leaving it for a night, connection of the dock is spoilt. Direct connection to Iphone is working, so its not the cable fault but the dock itself. Only manage to charge up just a few percent of the battery. Seems like it was working barely few minutes before it is spoilt

Do you mean from speaker? yes. This is because the music comes without from the line out. Other iPhone docks also work like this. Thanks.
