All parcels will be sent by our appointed courier company Dpex or Maxcellents if registered mail is selected or Singpost(for normal mail). Eurasia delivery service, phone number : 6434-8400 (office hour only).
Maxcellents deliver up to 10.30pm daily, delivery lead time :1-5 working days. Residential address will be sent after 7pm. Person incharge: Kandy. Phone Number : 93449977.
Urgent parcel would be sent by Dpex. Lead time: 1-2 working days. Phone number: 62148888.

Hi we have send out your items on *28032013* via singpost normal mail, for singpost normal mail should be send to your mail box estimated in 3-4 working days, sometimes it might be delayed due to singpost own unknown reasons up to 2 weeks. Therefore we always encourage customer to opt for Registered mail it will be door to door service delivery estimated 2-3 working days and it would not be missing or delay as it comes with a tracking number. For singpost normal mailing services it does not comes with a tracking number therefore we would not be able to track the status. Please kindly check with your family members see if anyone have pick it up for you in the mail box and kept it for you. |
