I used less than 5 times but the USB connecter came loose.

  I bought the item last year and it worked well with my old PC but not my newly purchased iMAC. It does not accept files form iMAC and the existing files stored on it are only for reading on iMAC.

  Hi Seller,

I bought this 8 July 2012. The order number is 26660441. I only used this hardisk twice. First time when I used ton transfer my data, the metal didn't went loose. Upon the second time using it, the metal casing drop inside the hardisk. I attach the cable to the hardisk and realised that the laptop didn't detect the device at all. So I gently pull out the cable and attach back to the hardisk again, the metal casing dropped inside.

Error is when plug in USB of hard disk, a window will pop up to ask whether want to fix file system error. When hard disk is not full, the hard disk can still be fixed. But when left only about 60gb, after scanning 1799 files, it will hang there and I will be force to cancel the scan. Some files store cannot be opened. Please tell me what address to send back the hard disk. Who pay for the delivery since it is still under warranty?
