We have replied to you a few days prior via qoo10 regarding your request for refund. Your items were mailed out via registered mail and tracking no. (RC140171156SG) was provided to you as well.
We have checked the Singpost website for the status of the registered article, and it appears that the items have been delivered on the 19th of November. Please do confirm again if you have received the items, or if you are not home on that day, check if you have received the slip to collect your items at your nearest post office. We are not trying to scam you, and if required, we have the receipt from Singpost to prove that we have mailed the items.
Unfortunately, as we have mailed your items before we received your request for refund, we are unable to process your refund until you have returned the items. Do note that items have to be returned via registered mail at your own cost as per our terms and conditions.

You bought 3 items from us? Have you received the items? We mailed out your item before you cancel your order on the 16th November (Morning). If you want a refund, you need to mail us back the 3 items at your own cost. We will proceed with the refund after receiving the items :D
