I ordered my item on 30 Jan and have yet to receive it. I ordered from another supplier on the same day who used korean normal mail and have already received the item. Why do I pay a lot more for courier by Eurasia and still have yet to receive my item? Now I cannot use it for Chinese New Year...:-( Please advise when I can get my order!!!! |

I would like to lodge a compliant about the false claims of attempted delivery for the above order by the delivery company.
it was indicated that they attempted delivery at around 630pm yesterday. Our whole family was at home at that time but no one hear the bell rang. Even if no one answered the door, the delivery person should call our phone or mobile.
This is actually our 2nd bad experience with this company and from what we see here our experience is not unique.
I would suggest you either work with the company to improve their service or change them out. if not thus will definitely hinder us from ordering from you in future.
What's worse is it is impossible to call them or get them to reply to emails. When you manage to call them after numerous try and they commit to a delievery date, it never gets delivered on that committed date.
Please help us to check with the delivery company. The tracking number is KTSG917693.
