FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

FAQ I've received my item and the colour looks darker than what's shown online. Seller

Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.

Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note that we are unable to meet any special delivery requests from customers whose parcels are being sent via normal mail.

Hi Thanks for your enquiry. Can i know if this measurement you measure is lower waist? For your info, this design is lower waist denim, i would suggest custonmer to measure their lower waist & compare with the size chart. The measurement you give is 35cm? You can take size 26. But the best if you measure on your waist. DO not messure on other shorts afraid it not accurate.

For this denim you need to measure your lower waist to get the accurate measurement. For this denim it will expand after few wash. Regards, Jesscloset
