  hi, i have jus received the kitchen scale however quite unhappy with 2 things.

1) why issit the backlight is in green colour instead of blue??
2) i have changed to my own AAA battery because the free given battery is oily and sticky. but my own brand new AAA battery cant work, may i know why?

  Dear seller I have just receives your product however the weighting machine seen something is wrong the weight does not accurate could you kindly advices or guide me from here as this bottle weight should be 3g but I have try on few times it came out difference weight and I have try on other items but the machine did not show the accurate weight thanks.

Hi ,

Thanks for your purchase
First and foremost, the weighing machine has to be placed on a hard surface and not on the sofa , bed or carpet .
When you mentioned that the bottle is 3g, by how much difference in each time you place the bottle? 1 g or 2 g ?As you know a 3 g item is very light and the wind can blow it away , thus weighing it has it;s instablilities .
How about you try something that is 100g and above ? Does it have the same problem ?

query on shipping rate...
i selected the Kitchen Scales : WH- B05 (5kg x 1g) / Shipping : Registered Mail(S$2.50) in total shd be S$11.40

But payable amount is showing S$11.40 + shipping rate S$1.50

what the shipping rate is about? as i already selected registered mail for S$2.50

please advise before i paste my order.

With regards to registered mail , the price which Singpost charges is according to the weight with a min charge of $2.50 .
Thus for the weighing scale is $2.50 + $1.50 as it is quite large as compared to a normal letter which is also $2.50 when you post registered
