My order was sent to the wrong address, although my name and telephone was on the package. Courier Toll Global said the seller had given a wrong address.
Courier driver called on Saturday to inform me the item would be delivered by 11.30am. I called him at noon when there wasn't any delivery only to find out that the item had been delivered, but to an address different from mine. Courier then went back to retrieve the item and returned to his office - Toll Global. I was only informed of this today when I called the driver again.
Have spoken with Mariam of Toll Global, delivery has been re-scheduled for Thursday.
NO ACTION NEEDED FROM YOU NOW, until I check the delivery this Thursday.
I am concerned about how this mistake can happen. Is it the problem of the seller or Qoo10? Please let me know as I have to decide whether to avoid buying further from the seller or whether to avoid using Qoo10 in future. |
