Yes sure, as long as the item is in original conditions (unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact), you may either drop by our place to exchange or do it via post within 7 days after receiving the item, however you have to bear postage fees for both ways if you do it via post.
Bra/Underwear is NOT exchangeable once sold for hygiene reasons.
Before dropping by or sending it back, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and indicate which design / size to change to. Please do not SMS us or leave inquiry on qoo10 regarding exchange, we must keep a record that is searchable. We will reply your email with further instructions on how to send it back for exchange.
When you send it back by post, please leave a note in the parcel indicating the order number and which design / size to change to as well. Parcel without order number cannot be identified and will not be processed.
