  I placed my order on July 11, was sent the WRONG ITEM, tried to leave you messages and emails, but was not given any useful information. You say that I need to send the item back - but you don't give me any address to send to. I don't think it's fair that I should pay for postage to return you the item since you were the one that made the mistake in the first place - after my specific instructions as to which item I wanted, not only choosing the correct option, but also reemphasizing it again in the Memo to seller. You still managed to get it wrong! You better refund me the amount I paid + the money needed for postage back to you. OR send me the correct item I paid for, and refund me the postage money. Seriously, the lack of customer service (and degree of incomprehensible English) is simply appalling! I just want either the item I ordered or my money back. WHY ARE YOU MAKING THINGS SO DIFFICULT?!?!
