Noticed from you reply on 20Dec16 I have option to either exchange from any Sasa store or arrange for redelivery. Please advise what is the difference for these 2 options and what do I need to do for these options? Thanks.

Hi dear,

For Store exchange, you'll have to bring the product to the store and our Beauty Advisors will do the exchange for you. Prior to that, you'll just have to let us know which store you're looking to do the exchange at and we'll make the arrangement for you! :)

For delivery exchange, we'll have our courier guys drop by between Mon - Fri, 9 - 6pm to do the exchange with you.
