i did not receive and i did not CONFIRM DELIVERY.

i want you to explain why you can amend my delivery status WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

i will not pay for goods that i DID NOT receive.

Please kindly note that it was clearly indicated under SHIPPING info that we are not responsible for any mail loss thru normal postage as there's no way we can assist to track from Singpost thus we did also mentioned that registered mail is highly recommended.

FYI, we did not confirm delivery as it can't be done on our end.

Hi, we've called & checked from Singpost. Apparently, your parcel failed delivery was due to wrong address- Blk 160 Mei Ling St #16-313 S140160

1. Can you pls kindly provide your address again?

2. To resend,we would require you to top up the mailing fees. Normal post $1.50 & registered mail $3.50. Please confirm the mode you opt for & transfer the amount to POSB savings 133-24126-4 & please kindly notify us once payment is made so we can arrange for a re-delivery.
