I placed separated order for 30plains and 10 colour films which was shipped together but all 40 packs of films came are all PLAIN.

Their reference number are:
- 79717588 (plain x 10)
- 79717607 (plain x 10)
- 79717626 (colour x 10)
- 79717645 (plain x 10)

Please advise how can I do the exchange for the wrong goods? I want my 10 pack of colors frame. You can see the photo I attached in this Qpost and i did sent a separate mail to kmk7706@naver.com too.

  Hi, this is my first purchase from you for colourful films.
But it is bad to see the films not in 1 solid colour. Refer to the photo I have attached. I have also emailed you the detailed photos for reference.

Colourful films are suppose to be 1 solid and constant colour throughout each film, but at the side it is obvious to see another colour. Please do something about it for compensation. I have opened 1 box to try and both packs are the same.
