so We don't agree about danger.

If you want to refund , You would be responsible for the two way shipping cost.
You have to contact EMS by Singa post and get back to Korea.
Please check that item must be returned in original condition and the package must be wrapped for safe.

  hi,

why is the glass lid so loose? its not able to cover properly.
and the bottom base where i placed the dispenser is also very slippery/loose.
i can easily turn it like spinning it.

why is it like this? Its seems like a dangerous item as its all so loose and will break easily.

Yes. The faucet can be removed from the glass for cleansing.
The diameter of the mouth is 11.5 cm and the thickness is about 0.3 mm.
It is very strong glass.
