FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
