Thank you for shopping with us. I am really sorry but we are going to send your dress today via Registered Mail. Our new stock is badly delayed by the international shipping company. We would have informed you of this delay earlier, but we didn’t expect the delay to be this long. We are expecting the shipping company to deliver our new stock last week. We get over 90% of our orders to our customers in 2-3 days and a long delay like this is really rare. Sorry again for this long delay, and thanks for your patience. Orders placed before 3pm on working days will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following day (provided stock is available).
Deliveries via Singpost normal or registered mail takes 3 working days. Please be advised that postal delays can happen. Deliveries via TAQBIN takes 1-2 working days.
Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes deliver parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders).
