FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

FAQ I've received my item and the colour looks darker than what's shown online. Seller

Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.

FAQ I've selected the colour of the item wrongly. Could you please send the blue instead of the white as stated in my cart? The order was placed just minutes ago. Seller

While we do offer a resolution for customers whose parcels were lost during delivery, customers must contact us about non-receipt issues within one month of the shipping date. FAQ I have selected normal mail Singpost shipping and given an office address. Could you help make sure that the delivery is done on a weekday as my office is closed during weekends? Seller

Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note that we are unable to meet any special delivery requests from customers whose parcels are being sent via normal mail.

I have purchased a mix of colours and noticed that the fabric for Black is really much thinner compared to Navy blue and Grey shirt is shorter in length compared to Navy blue.

I'm like to buy Red Color - hows the length and fabric- is it the same fabric thickness and lenght as navy blue?

Hi Thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived. Your parcel was sent on 25/01/2016. Could you please check that the address you registered in the system is correct? If the address is correct, your parcel should still get to you. I have seen some parcels delayed by Singpost and arrive up to 4 weeks late! If they are unable to deliver a parcel then it usually gets returned to us, in which case we then re-send it to customers. Please give it a bit more time. If it doesn't arrive by 25/2/2016(4 weeks after the delivery date as per our policy), please send your enquiry to JessClosetCS@gmail.com and then we decide what to do. Meanwhile we will also check our return address again to see if it has come back to us. (Note: please do not forward your messages via Qoo10 one month after the order date as the Qoo10 system doesn't permit sellers to send a reply.)
Lost mail: We strongly advise customers to select registered mail or Qxpress courier. We are not responsible for lost items sent by normal mail.
