FAQ What is about the WARRANTY & RETURN issue? Seller

Most product has a seller warranty, Once the product is unpacked, refund is not available. We bear all cost for the issue of DOA(Dead on Arrival) or Original defect by the manufacturer if that issue is reported to us within 14 days after delivery. Any issues after 14 days, if need to repair, round shipping charge for repair is on the buyer's side. All issues are should be discussed with seller in advance.

FAQ Can I adjust the Fedex Home Delvery Schedule Time ?

but we can't do that from here ( Korea )
so you need to contact SG fedex when it is shipped from Korea

we , as a seller , are not responsible for the customs fee.

FAQ Voltage type and Plug type Seller

most of our items are for 220V-240V ( remains for 100V-240V )
so all of them can be used in Singapore without problem.
the plug cord type is 2 round pins so buyers need a plug connector which fits with SG type.

FAQ What is the return policy? Seller

- we arrange all the shipping for free with full refund ,in case of (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault. (2) incorrect goods delivered by us. - if the box is opened by a buyer, return is not acceptable . - if not opened, a buyer who wants return should pay the round shipping fee and restocking fee (%15)
