| ||Hi seller, I made 2 orders from you on 15th april and 22th april, but both ended up having the same tracking number on citylink express: 158000300034723. The first was delivered to me on 23th april, but not the second. Citylink claimed there's no 2nd parcel shipped out by seller. I believe there's a mix up on your side, because there's no way i will receive the 2nd parcel if it was shipped out by you on 26th april. Please look into this or contact me soon, because it has become very frustrating to not hear from you despite my numerous attempt to reach you for the past week. Slowly losing confidence in this shop when there has been no response to any of the inquiry. |

Dear Buyer, we apologise for this inconvenience caused, as our warehouse team has misdelivered your package to another customer's address as we have received another query from another customer receiving your items, our warehouse team has re-dispatched a new batch on the 5th MAY upon realising the mix up, and we expect the new batch will reach you this coming week with the tracking number release once Citylink has in-housed the package, we once again, apologise for this inconveniece caused.
