Hi Seller, your staff resent wrong items again!
This time instead of sending two pairs of blue jeans, your staff sent me a grey blouse and black jeans. Furthermore, you have not processed my refund for the return postage of the previous Two items which you wrongly sent. Please rectify with sincerity. Please find attached the pic.

Please refer to above order number. I sent you a message earlier. I bought 3 items from you. Out of the 3 items, 2 items are unacceptable. I ordered a pair of deep blue jeans and you sent me a grey pair of pants. For the other order, the jeans is torn and has weird disgusting stains.
You need to resend me the correct items immediately.

I will change to 430963332 -Ripped pants in
Black size XL and Grey size XL.
The costs for two of 430963332 is $14.90x2=$29.80.
Postage costs to return torn and wrongly sent pants is $4.79.
The out of stock pants cost is $22.10.
As such, I will top up $2.91 to you.
This is the calculation: $29.80 minus $4.79 minus $22.10 equals $2.91.

This means you will send me 3 pants. My current order of deep blue in XL and the above 2 pieces.

Hi Seller,

I left a message during check out to check my items carefully before sending. However, the message was clearly ignored as you have made two grave mistakes with my orders. One for sending me a pair of light grey pants when I clearly ordered a deep blue jeans. Two for sending a pair of torn and badly stained black jeans.

Now you do not allow me to change to items I prefer by topping up the price difference to you.

You have wasted my time and money, making me clean up your mistakes by having to resend the wrong and torn items. Wasting time with all these messages going back and forth. You do not even have a telephone number to call.

This is extremely upsetting, very unprofessional and its unfair way to treat your customers this way.
