You send me the wrong item and ask me to mail it back to you, promise me to refund the postage that I am not suppose to pay of, and it takes almost 2 months, only today you informed me that the amount was transferred last week after I ask you for the status.

And today, you can't even tell me what is the bank reference after the transfer? How do you want me to believe that you have transfer the fund to me?

Forget it, I have learned my lesson. You are the worst seller I had met in Qoo10 and I will not deal with you anymore.

I think I have been very patience telling you I did not receive my order.

The order was placed on 25-Feb-2016.

On 10-Mar-2016 when I check the delivery status, I wrote to you in Qpost as follow:

I was puzzled as I have paid for the shipping cost, and that afternoon, my colleague pass me the parcel which they collected from the letterbox (delivery address is my working place), I was very delighted initially, as I thought "Finally it arrives after a long wait!" But to my surprise, the parcel with tracking number SM600353678SG attention to my name was not what I have ordered, it consists of 3 pcs of leggings and shorts; where is the black dress with Christmas printing I have ordered?

There's a phone number on the parcel and I called on last Friday, was being told that one of your staff will contact me via Whatsapp, I received her whatsapp in late afternoon and replied on last Friday night.

So now I am still waiting...

Please be reminded that I place the order on 25-Feb-2016, it has been more than 3 weeks.

Thought these 3 pcs looks more costly than my 1 pc dress, I don't need it.
But if you have decided not to send me my order, I will give this 3 pcs to someone else.
And for sure, I will not order from you anymore.

I have been ordering OB clothing from several sellers in Qoo10, this is the first time I have this issue, very disappointed.

It's up to you to decide, I have already make it clear, it's not my fault and I had already paid for the shipping charges. Maybe you can try and convince me, why do I need to pay for another shipping cost to send you the wrong item. This parcel is not small, definitely I can't send by normal postage.

I have been the one taking the initiative, calling, posting and replying in whatsapp, your staff have just replied me via whatsapp "We found we have already reply to you via Qoo10, thank you." But you are asking me to send you the wrong items without telling me when can I receive mine.

Instead of asking me to go to the post office and send out the wrong parcel that I have received, you should arrange your courier man to come and pick up from me.

Nevertheless, I went to the Novena Singpost at lunch time today, the lady told me "We are out-of-stock for 1kg Smartpac, but your parcel weighs more than 1kg, you should use the 3kg pac." So I called your staff with the hp number 96432302 and she confirmed me that OBDesign will pay me $4.70 for this postage which I send today. Tracking number: SM000355083SG.


The order was placed on 25-Feb-2016. And today is 17-Mar-2016, I am counting and see how long more can I receive my order.
