Submission of claims
-Any return or exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

Any shortage of item or wrong item received
-Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package and picture of orders with delivery information
-Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

Defective item issue
-Provide picture of the defective area of the received item.
-Replacement will be of same item, unless out of stock.
-Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

Any change of mind from buyer's end
-Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original tags/labels attached.
-*No return and exchange for certain item(s) such as undergarment due to hygiene issue
-Provide picture of the item to seller end.

Hello.
I understand that shipping is on delivery.
When I clicked on the shipping info, it showed a Citylink website with an error message.
There was also a tracking no.
Never mind, can you confirm if items were sent via Citylink ??
Becos I clearly indicated in my earlier email that IF DELIVERY IS BY CITYLINK, I DON'T want it and
that you should cancel.
So you replied "we will arrange"...
Exactly what is the arrangement NOW ?
By citylink or by Qxpress ?
I do not wish to go through a nightmare with citylink.
