Submission of claims
-Any return or exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

Just want to share my experience with this seller. Since I don't know where to post my
feedback,decide to post on this wall.
First, decide to purchase from their website since it's have 15% discount promotion.
Happily purchase and waiting for delivery. received email few days later saying that some
items not in stock. after few emails conversation, told seller that just go ahead with ready stockitems and refund the balance amount for no stock items.

after 9 days from date of purchase, I received the delivery. Turns out it actually other people's
order. How can they send other people order (wrong recipient name with my address!)

Email seller, and they asked me to return the wrong items. Asked them how about my order.
only get answer after few days waiting, few days email reply, saying that they not going to
send my order, instead will do full refund. Not happy since I told them to send ready stock itemand refund only for no stock items. But first of all, not really happy about why they still put
ready stock when I purchase. Instead of indicate the no stock items on the website!!

I decide to asked seller to do my full refund before I return back the wrong items sent to me.
again..after few email chasing seller to refund my money.
only after 9 days I get my money back.

after getting my money back, I return the wrong items to seller the next day.
Note: seller promise me to refund the shipping fee.
But till today, been email seller to refund the shipping fee. NO REPLY..NOTHING!
it's been 20 days since I return the wrong items.

I am writing this not because of that small amount of money of shipping fee!
But it's about RESPONSIBLE as a seller!!! Not really an enjoyable experience I have.
Just hope that other people don't have the same experience as me.
My advice, please check stock before purchase.!!
