Hello,
I have enjoyed using your product and have purchased more than 20 boxes over time.
However, over time as we stack the boxes, the bottom boxes (under heavy weight) starts to warp or collapse. This is due to the load force concentrated onto the centre segment of the box that causes an inward pressure on the box itself. The main cause of this issue is due to the weight from the top boxes are not even distributed across the entire surface or onto the support metal mesh itself as the base of the top boxes are not a firm material.
We would like to ask if you have any recommendation a firm material that we can use to separate between boxes as we stack, so that the weight is evenly distributed and more importantly, engaged onto the metal mesh structure itself. Your sales picture of having two person standing onto the box illustrates the point. Can you recommend what can we use to achieve this effect or do you sell the item itself?
Please advise, before more collapses happen. Thanks. |
