Hi Seller, I also went in to check the tracking. But how can failed delivery be possible, when my family members were in the house, whole day last week?!

Will try calling and emailing them to arrange redelivery. If these fail, I'd have to get in touch with you again.

Fyi, just to share I had past experiences with Eurasia and find them thoroughly UNRELIABLE. They often register "Failed attempts" when recipients are actually at home waiting!.. Seriously advise you to reconsider this delivery agent and find another one soon, thanks.
