FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

FAQ I've received my item and the colour looks darker than what's shown online. Seller

Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.

While we do offer a resolution for customers whose parcels were lost during delivery, customers must contact us about non-receipt issues within one month of the shipping date. Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note that we are unable to meet any special delivery requests from customers whose parcels are being sent via normal mail.

Hi Thanks for your message. We will send your orders out today. The delivery courier will call let you know on thw delivery.

Delivery for local SG orders usually takes 2-3 working days by Singpost normal / Registered mail and 1-2 working days by courier.
Please be advised, however, that postal delays can happen and we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive by a certain date.
Lost mail: We strongly advise customers to select registered mail or Qxpress courier. We are not responsible for lost items sent by normal mail.

Thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived. Your parcel was sent on 11/11/2015. Orders placed before 3pm on working days will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following day (provided stock is available).
Deliveries via Singpost normal or registered mail takes 3 working days. Please be advised that postal delays can happen. Deliveries via Qxpress takes 1-2 working days.
Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes deliver parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders). If it doesn't arrive by 11/12/15 (4 weeks after the delivery date as per our policy), please send your enquiry to JessClosetCS@gmail.com and then we decide what to do.
