  Hello, i called Ann last week she said there's some delay in shipment that's why she didn't received and she will sent to me last fri. But till date, there's no delivery and i called again, another lady told me there's come problem in the shipment! and i cannot understand is just local Singapore delivery, why there's so many problem and it took more then 2 weeks!

  I have sent you the complaint as well as pictures to show the broken plastic but NO REPLY FROM SELLER at all!! If I still don't receive your reply to resolve, I will have to label you as an IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER.
