Hi buyer, i think that might be tough since the courier is Qxpress and not Singpost, who doesnt have access to letterbox keys. However u have 2 options here, 1) to write in your memo a location where the Qxpress courier person can leave the parcel in a secure location or 2) provide your work address for them to deliver to since they also option during working hours.
