Hi there,

I have purchased the watch from you few months back in May this year, the order number is 216221435. However last week during the sports and after washing the watch malfunction and kept entering the rebooting sequence. I dry the watch but till now cannot be used. Can I check if the watch should still be under warranty and how can I send back the watch to you for checking?
