Hi seller, I would like to cancel both my orders then. If the price is wrong, you could have cancel both orders or at least clarify with me first before simply sending what you like and not what I have ordered. I do not any Laneige cushion and I am unsure if this refills can fit my other cushions. In addition, if the price is $20 for 1 refill, I would not have buy at all. Please arrange for refund and let me know what to do with your products. Thank you.

Dear seller, a lot of your customers, including me, are upset that you cancelled our orders today. To be honest, I feel that it is unfair of you to cancel our orders when tons of other buyers already received the same item at the same price before us. If you spot any wrong price then and cancelled the first order you saw, it would be justifiable. But not now. We all have placed order 1 week ago and you delayed and delayed. Then now you cancel just to say its wrong price, you think you are being fair to us?

I am also referring to the anti-aging cushion you sent to one customer on 17th Apr (No. 26508418) when she said you did not send this item. If you are sending it to her, please send to all of those who paid for it too. Totally unfair for us.

I went in to place order again and found that the price has increase by $15.90.

Since you had made a mistake posting wrongly so you should fulfill your promises and not cancel our order. Because I notice got customer having same problem as me.
