Dear seller,
I'd sent you a message regarding change of address within 5 mins of purchase. Two days later then you reply me saying that "As checked, you parcel has been already shipped out, I'm afraid we are not able to stop delivery and change address for you now, usually, delivery driver will send you notification 1 day prior, you may directly coordinate with the driver if they can change delivery address for you." But I didn't receive any notification from driver 1 day prior or even an hour in advance, when he reach the unchange address, he asked the residents to call the office for change of address then he will come back and take. Stop pushing blame on each other, please settle my problem within 24hrs if not I want a refund.

You might be off during the weekends but I sent you Q n A almost immediately after making order for changing address after I'd discovered that I put the wrong address... when I sent u Q n A, I saw the states is not even arranging for delivery.It u that is so irresponsible for not even bother to check ur Q n A before sending out items or everyday. U had been dragging me for so long, n u can collect from the original address but is it going to reach me by today?

I am in a hurry to use as my supply can only last till Sunday, then weekend u are not working and the ninja van come n take n have to go back ur warehouse, then when can I receive? Y can't they just move to the other destination where is only the most 10 mins car journey. When I order that time, I did sent u n tell u almost immediately to change address bcoz I am unable to move the whole carton back by myself as I got not car but u just ignore my messages. I'd already ordered one week earlier yet still cant reach me on time. Then if you can't reach me before Monday, I got to go down to ntuc to buy a pack, as this is not my fault so are you paying the pack for me? If not, then stop all ur trying to be kind attitude, as a seller, u should solve thing fast n not trying to drag thing longer. Don't tell me all sort of nonsense, then why other seller can do it when u are unable, is it meaning that u r irresponsible n useless. Just tell me yes or no if the item able to reach me before Monday n no other nonsense.
