Hi Sir/Madam, for the blender to work do ensure that the little grey arrow on the lid and motor has to be aligned like a straight line. Otherwise the blender will not start. Hi, For the blender to work, Do ensure that the arrow on the lid is aligned with the one on the base and everything has to be tightened properly, Otherwise the product will not work. Thank you !
