Hi dear, Please do not file the return request through Qoo10 system. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the information as follow to check your order records and confirm the delivery address

d) Qoo10 order no. (or Cart no.)
e) Exchange item(s): from ??? to ???
*The exchange request should be within 1 week from the delivery date as long as the return item is confirmed as Brand-new condition after our inspection (eg. Not worn, No odor, Unwashed, No defect by customer and so on) , otherwise it will be rejected.
*The total amount of the exchange items should not be less than the total amount of the return items, the excessive amount will be ignored if it happens.
*Please take note any return mail (parcel) without following missher procedure will be rejected
*For size exchange, customers will need to bear further postage handling charges for requesting us to send back.
