My bag was faulty when I purchased end June. Wrote to seller and asked me emailed to her hotmail. OK! So I emailed her with the pictures of the faulty bag. BUT thereafter there wasn't any replied! I sent numerous emails and no reply at all. I'm angry not about the money or item. It is the service and trust!

Email address was correct. I had emailed to her 2 months ago and her last replied was 19 June 2017. Thereafter no answer from seller having said " send me the pictures of the spoilt item and I will get back to you ". Till then I had been waiting! Anyway, forge about it. Just my luck to meet this kind of irresponsible seller.
