My bag was faulty when I purchased end June. Wrote to seller and asked me emailed to her hotmail. OK! So I emailed her with the pictures of the faulty bag. BUT thereafter there wasn't any replied! I sent numerous emails and no reply at all. I'm angry not about the money or item. It is the service and trust!

Hi this is the second bag I ordered. This first one was fine which is why I ordered another one. The white one I am unable to zip the bag open as the lining inside the bag is caught in the zip. Can you send me a new one and collect back this one in exchange?
