Hi, for lunch bag, I like to sling it on my shoulder BUT IF WITHOUT LONG STRAP, is the short strap long enough to sling onto a medium-sized woman's shoulder without dropping?

Hi Dear, as for the long strap it will be for sling or shoulder, and to hand carry it is advisable to have a shorter strap, to have small strap on the shoulder might be just enough

I suspect u underpaid the postage and cost all the non delivery issue. Some user complaint this and they had to pay additional postage to get this. Please advise how this can be done in order to receive the item ?

I have not receive any notification from SingPost and it's been 15 days since ship date on 27 Jul. The timesales says free shipping and there was no option for qexpress. We as customer should not be liable for underpaid postage or undelivered item. Please either refund or ship out again with proper postage.
