Any return or exchange of items will be only applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

We will only do refund/exchange/return for the following cases.

1) Wrong Item delivered:
- Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package
- Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.
- Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

2) Defective item issue:
- Provide picture of the defective area of the received item

Thank you for your enquiry. Please refer to the attachment for our shipment guide which is being posted on our shop notice board. For Qxpress, it will take 1 working day for us to process your order before we ship out.We have received your order on the 16 October 2017 and we finish packing your items on the 17 October and arrange for Qxpress to Pickup the item from our warehouse.. As it is Public Holiday (Deepavali) on the 18th October (non-working day), Qxpress can only pickup the package from my warehouse on the 19th October 2017 which is today.
