I've placed my order on 22Apr, until now it is still "shipping requested"- If it is still "shipping requested", i believe you have not even released my items out to the delivery driver? Can I know what's taking you so long?
My friend told me they placed order for Drypers touch from you on last Thursday cause your website showed many quantities available, and only yesterday, you asked them to cancel their order cause your warehouse no stock.

Pls don't always offer things on your website, and then ask your customer if they want a refund subsequently, this is very frustrating & unprofessional. Also, even if I want to cancel my order now, the amount refunded doesn't seem to be the same as the amount what my credit card has charged me for (pls don't ask me to contact Qoo10 on the refund procedure, pls don't make your buyer so busy doing all these, when it is your mistake).

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY NESCAFE CAPSULES? Pls give a decent & REASONABLE reply, thank you.
