Had ordered a xt2 and received my order this week..had tried numerous time to pair the earbuds with my iphone 6 but unsucessful. Event tried to connect to other device also cannot.

1) Turn on one side (either side), press and hold till light flashes blue and red, connect via bluetooth on mobile device.
2) After successfully pairing to mobile device, Turn on the other side.

Hi, i just bought the earpieces and tested on-site. But I am not too sure why my phone cant detect the earpieces once I am back home.

The devices seems to work but my phone cant detect anything.

Hi, for pairing X1T below are the the steps

X1T
1) Turn on one side (either side), press and hold till light flashes blue and red, connect via bluetooth on mobile device.

Hi, I have receive the product s560d on 7/7...however today I realise that one of the charging port is loose on the earpiece. During charging the port is not attach tightly to the earpiece therefore the light keep changing from red to blue again and again. Can I know is this cover under the warranty and how to i exchange it? Thanks
