FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Sorry for the confusion. The colour code was incorrect and we've fixed it now. White is available and the material is fairly stretchy. We normally process all orders within 24 hours. The parcel is usually sent the next working day and via normal mail, it takes up to 3 working days to arrive.
