  I ordered the nail remover pads on October 10, 2012 (order no. 28528951) and was made to pay another SGD$1.20 before collection as the postage was underpaid. So not only was it not delivered to my home, the postage ended up more than 3 times as stated. I would appreciate some sort of refund or responsibility taken on that end. Thank you.
