FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Do you know that feeling, when you place an order online, anticipating for the day it arrives, only to find out it wasn't what you ordered, and far from being what you wanted in the first place?

That's called disappointment, and that is exactly what I'm feeling now, after receiving my order 192892617 today. So tell me, how the heck did Group:TP3 / Code:15 in WHITE, become RED instead? Obviously it's not because White colour is oos, because it's still not stated as oos on your page, and even if it was oos when i placed my order, you would have kindly notified me ISN'T IT? Either that or your colour-blindness is damn serious man.

I've experienced such things before, seller request that I mail back the item, they will refund me, they will exchange, blah blah blah, nothing happens. So let's do this instead, mail me my correct item, and I will be very willing to mail you back the wrong one. Simple. Thank you for reading, hope to hear from you soon, have a nice day.

Deliveries via Singpost normal or registered mail takes 3 working days. Please be advised that postal delays can happen. Deliveries via Qxpress takes 1-2 working days.
Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes deliver parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders). If it doesn't arrive by 05/08/2016 (4 weeks after the delivery date as per our policy), please send your enquiry to and then we decide what to do.
