My registered mail says that it was already delivered on 7 Feb 2017. Pls check again. You can refer to the return page for details of the tracking number.

Also, usually delivery takes only 7 days. The long delivery period must be due to New Year holiday - I have no control over that. It is not reasonable to not accept the return item because of this.

Pls consider the refund or I will contact qoo10.
