  Received an email stating the delivery came but nobody was aroun to receive it. There is no notes to indicate where to collect, who to contact!   This is my 2nd purchase and I have ordered model no 9577-05. To my horror, I received model 9566-01 after such a long wait. An email was sent to you immediately for your attention but till date, I have yet to hear from you. Hence, if I receive no reply within the next 24 hours, I shall proceed to request for a cancellation and refund, followed by open up a case with Paypal.
