I've placed an order for 5 items to be eligible for free shipping and you simply do a bloody refund of $1.81 when one
of the item is out of stock. You have no common courtesy/sense to check with your customer if they would like a
replacement instead. Worried I'll cancel the entire order?? What makes you think I'll be willing to pay for the shipping
fees then? No worries then, I will not accept the package & it will be returned to country of origin!
I will then claim for a refund! PERIOD!

I don't think so!!! The dress is $5.80 & you refunded me with $1.81.
You should have checked with me if I wanted to add something else but you did not.
Shipping fees were incurred as you are TOO LAZY TO ASK me!! Nevermind then, I have contacted Qoo10 and told them about this, so as long as I don't accept the parcel, it will be sent back to CHINA & you have to pay for the returned shipping + refund for the order! THANKS for the wonderful experience. A GREAT LESSON for you too!!

That is because you failed or are too lazy to ask if I want other design when that dress is out of stock!!! So I ended up having to pay $3.99 shipping fees!! So stop arguing!
