I just received the product. The power adapter does not have the Safety Mark that you have stated in your adverisement. Please let me know what you plan to do before I complain to Spring Singapore CPS.

Hi, the charger is spring approved. You can check with Spring Singapore. Sorry for any confusion.

No confusion. No Safety Mark sticker/logo means not approved. Also, local regulation mandates 3-pin rectangular pins (aka UK plug). Yours is 2-pin.

Hi buyer, we process our order through order details indicated by Qoo10 system. The order details reflect your order selection. In this case, our store uses Qoo10's courier service, Qxpress to do our delivery. In the case that mistakes were made during ordering, we had checked with Qoo10 and we are unable to change the shipping method at our end, neither can Qoo10. We can still deliver to you, but unfortunately, we will have to engage an external courier service. The delivery fee for that will be $15 (as per charged by external courier service). The second option, you can choose to cancel the order and reorder with the correct selection. I am very sorry about any inconvenience caused at your end.
