I ordered the wrong size and requested for refund for my purchase order no. 225045639. Since 15 Aug till now I have been asking you to arrange for refund and redelivery. In your last response on 15 Aug you have informed me of the additional $12 transport fees, which I have asked to proceed. Now it has been 7 days since i heard from you and I no longer see the Return button on my shopping list orders. I only see "non-receipt" button. Can I please get a refund for my order?!?
